Business Etiquette Course

The presentation will take place on the 4th March at 16:30 hours in Les Cubes Restaurant of Marbella.
Marbella, 29th February 2016: Under the name ‘Business Etiquette: A tool for optimization and business differentiation’, the presentation, which has been organized by Marie-Nöelle Communication agency, will be given by Carlos Mohino Granado, an expert in etiquette and graduate of the Camilo José Cela de Madrid University and recipient of a Masters from the University of Granada. He is also a member of the Royal Household of the King of Spain and a professor at the University of Malaga.
The program covers aspects like the introduction and contextualisation of etiquette, the importance being knowledgeable about it, tools and complementary techniques, the importance of training, vocation and specialisation, and the expectations of clients towards establishments. Likewise, points such as how to differentiate your business from others, the key to success thanks to etiquette and actions which carry results in the profit and loss accounts will be examined. On the other hand, he will also talk about how important the dinner table and business dinners are for businesses.
Marie-Nöelle Communication wants to emphasise the importance of maintaining a level of attention to the client, something which isn´t always granted the corresponding importance. The director of the agency, Marie- Nöelle, points out that throughout her professional experience in this area, she has detected a series of shortcomings in the application of the rules of business etiquette, rules which are considered important not only at senior and intermediate level but also to the general public. The director points out at the same time that these etiquette rules must not be adversely affected by new technologies and also that this is not an outdated education but something which should be kept in mind throughout the personal and working lives of everyone. This is a conviction which has led her to promote courses, such as the one which is offered now, that offer the opportunity to re-emphasise the importance of quality care.
