Charity Fashion Show for the Cesare Scariolo Foundation
Great success for the Freiría and Nahmad collections. A large cast of professionals and companies made the Charity Fashion Show for the Cesare Scariolo Foundation possible.
Marbella, April 29, 2013: The Cesare Scariolo Foundation held its traditional Charity Fashion Show at the Beach Club La Cabane, Hotel Los Monteros. Hundreds of spectators attended the show involving the special collaboration of designers Esteban Freiría and Showroom Nahmad.
Both fashion houses showed their latest creations to the public. Freiría used special staging in which children were the stars of the catwalk whereas Showroom Nahmad improvised using elegant women from the Marbella area.
Worth noting was the presence of model Evangelina Anderson, wearing the clothes of Showroom Nahmad, who attended the show with her husband, footballer for Málaga football club Martín Demichelis. Also at the Fashion Show was his teammate, Wilfredo Caballero with his partner as well as more well known faces from the city. On behalf of the Marbella town council, Manuel Cardeña, the Social Welfare Officer, attended the event along with Pablo Moro, head of the Town Planning in the Consistory of Marbella.
In addition to Anderson, other popular faces made it onto the catwalk such as Lidia Santos, Miss Málaga 2012and aspiring Miss Universe Spain 2013, Conchi Santiago and Linda de Málaga.
A whole cast of celebrities showed their support for the Cesare Scariolo Foundation and its charity event whose one goal is to help children with cancer and their families by the social work carried out by the Foundation with the Carlos Haya and Maternal and Childrens Hospital in Málaga.
Special thanks go to the brands who supported this cause by setting up their own stands, therefore the cost of infrastructure was used to make this Fashion Show possible. These companies were Gómez & Molina Jewellers, Allo Cases, World Family Ibiza, SkinC, Virginia Valenti, Showroom Nahmad and Shapó Olé.
We must also acknowledge the colaboration of Marbella Dance School, whose students entertained the guests between shows; Salón Cataleya, for the hairdressing; for the professionals Herminia Lobón and Verónica Pérez, for the models amazing make up
and Virginia Florista, for the wonderful and unique floral decorations.
We would like to stress the unconditional support of José Antonio Nieto, the event host, and all the brands who donated their rpoducts to the raffle draw for the audience.
