Marbella Luxury Weekend Closure

Marbella, 2nd June 2013: Following an intense weekend full of activities, the events on Sunday continued to take place in a festive atmosphere. Participants, sponsors and contributors closed the third edition of Marbella Luxury Weekend with the satisfaction of having delighted and impressed audiences with each of their activities.

The award ceremony of the third MLW Golf Tournament, sponsored by APM Monaco Jewellers, which took place in the morning at the Tramores golf course at Villa Padierna, officially concluded the activities for this year. The winning team of the competition was Ibericar Benet Mercedes-Benz, whose players were Manuel Justo Luque, José Ángel Yáñez Poyatos, Maria del Carmen Noguero Aguililla and Manuel Carlos Hernández León. The teams of Puerto Banus and Dani García Catering finished in second and third place, respectively.

During the event the District Councillor of Puerto Banus, Javier García, and HRH Beatriz de Orleans, who was also Honorary Chair of the event, presented the awards and took the opportunity to close the event and thank participants and visitors for the “great atmosphere generated throughout the weekend in a heavenly setting that went beyond fulfilling all expectations.”
