Private 25th Wedding Anniversary

In August we organised a private event for the 25th wedding anniversary of our clients from Shanghai. We took the responsibility of organising the event in its 360°, from the transport to and from their hotels to the restaurant and all the setting of the venue; every detail was taken care of. Our clients enjoyed a night at Trocadero Beach Club, Estepona, with oysters and cocktails, an Ibérico ham station, and a 3-course meal, followed by a synchronised swimming show with fire and a live DJ. We worked closely with local suppliers to source entertainment, babysitters, a photocall, flowers, and candles for the event and liaised with the venue to organise every detail regarding the menu for food and drinks.
