Marbella, 30th of May 2014: Tahini Sushi bar & Restaurant from the Cappuccino Group has today celebrated the official opening lunch in Marbella with more than 300 people, including the general director of Las Chapas, Ángel Mora, as well as others from the social and cultural spheres of the city. Tahini is a charming place where the exquisite menu is perfectly combined with the expertise of the kitchen staff and the quality and gastronomic traditions from Japan.
Invited guests had the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular cooking show where sushimen offered a master class in oriental cuisine just as has been done in Japan since ancient times. Among the food offered there were dishes such as: chicken yakitori, gyosas, veal teppan, teriyaki tuna, succulent salmon tartar and the typical Sushi. The food was accompanied by delicious cocktails including vodka with lemon juice and caipirinha with Japanese mandarin juice.
Tahini Marbella has had a wonderful day in their beautiful location, nestled in a luxurious area, where harmony between quality cooking, art and nature is combined. The magic of this restaurant is complemented by artistic collections based on the purest beauty, such as the unique collection of Spanish jars that dates back more than 100 years.
