It will be located in the area known as ‘La Fuente’, one of the few free plots currently existing in the urban area of the city and located next to the Vigil de Quinones. The project construction will start from Spring 2021 and will be ready by 2022. The new real estate development was presented this morning at a press conference by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Francisca Caracuel, the CEO of the International real estate company Firce Capital, Christophe Fournage, the director of the Engel & Völkers Marbella Golden Mile office, Smadar Kahana. ‘La Fuente’is one part of the investment that Firce Capital plans to make in Spain.
