Calendar of cultural and gastronomic events

The Óbal Urban Hotel announces their events calendar for late February and the whole of the month of March, highlighting the rich culture and culinary tradition of Spain:

Andalusia Day – 28th February: a special celebration of Andalusia Day, with a themed menu that pays tribute to the regional gastronomy. The event will be accompanied by the magic of flamenco, with Jesús Gómez and his guitar, promising a memorable evening.
3rd Edition of the Cocido Madrileño – 3rd March: after its undeniable success, the third edition of the authentic cocido madrileño is already being celebrated. The atmosphere will be enriched by the voice of soprano Klaudia, offering both a gastronomic and musical experience that connects diners to the roots of Spain.
1st Edition of the Chuleta Fest – 23th March: Óbal Urban Hotel’s culinary celebration reaches its highest point with the first edition of the Chuleta Fest, an event that promises to be a delight for lovers of meat and good music. The San Sebastian chef Aitor Perurena, together with the hotel’s kitchen manager, María de Lourdes Montecé Morán, will be at the forefront, demonstrating his expertise on the grill. The event will be completed with a special evening, livened up by the voice of singer Suzzette Moncrief. With New York roots and her heart in the Costa del Sol, Suzzzette, previously part of the Free Soul Band and now performing alone, embodies musical diversity by performing jazz, soul, funk and R&B, and she continues conquering the scene with the Lito Blues Band and her jazz project, The Blend. This day promises to be the perfect combination of flavours and melodies, offering entertainment to the centre of Marbella.
